Charly Calder Furs are made out of woven faux-furs instead of knit faux-furs which some companies use. Other faux fur garments have significantly lower price and much lower quality then Charly Calder Faux Furs. Our recommendation is that if you would like to wear faux fur, get the best one you can, the closest imitation to real.
Woven faux-furs are of highest quality because texture contain
large amount of silk making the coat warm and soft.
What is the difference between faux and real fur?
Charly Calder Faux Furs are men-made out of highest quality imitation furs.
Our furs have rich texture. They are warm, soft, guilt-free and reasonably priced.
How do I make sure garment will fit me?
You can select a garment to be Custom Made or take a look at the finished garment measurements size chart page and compare our measurements to
jacket or coat that fits you well. Knowing the exact measurements of a desired coat will ensure a 'perfect fit' for your Charly Calder Fur. Click Return Policy. For an exchange there is no charge.
Enclosed with your coat you will find warranty and return policy which you will need to complete stating the reason for return or exchange.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, AmEx and Discover Cards. We also accpet money bank-transfers or via paypal.com
Is it safe to use my credit card?
Yes. Our secure servers protect any information you share with us,
including your name, address, and your credit card information. We are so confident about the safety of your
transactions that we back it up with a Safe Shopping Guarantee.
How do I pay with a check or money order?
Currently, we do not accept checks. If you do not have credit card you can send us payment via bank money trasfer, western union or paypal.com
How much do you charge for shipping?
Accelerated shipping begins from the time your order leaves our design studio, usually within three business days. If you
place an order and specify "Next Day" shipping, you will receive the order the next day after the order leaves
our design studio, not the day after you place the order. Standard UPS rates apply depending on your zip code and type of service. Ground shippments average $10-17, two business days $25 and up -- and next day from $45
What if I don't receive a confirmation of my order?
You should receive a confirmation of your order at the e-mail address you provide when ordering within an hour of
your order. If you do not receive the confirmation e-mail, please call us at 1.+1-415-333-4141 to confirm our receipt
of your order.
How soon will I receive my order?
Your order will be shipped from our design studio within three business days of your placing the order. Custom Made items take 5-7 business days.Accelerated
shipping begins from the time your order leaves our design studio.
How can I check on the status of my order?

Will you share my information with anyone else?
No. Any information you entrust to us stays with us. It will never be shared with a third party. For more information,

Do I have to pay custom taxes on delivery? - Top
You are responsible for paying custom charges. As a rule, you pay for them on delivery, but some international mail
services services take care of custom charges for you.
You're informed about custom charges when you place an order. If you have to pay the taxes yourself and you want to
know exactly how much the stuff you buy will cost you, you have to contact your local customs office for further
information.
By the way, the goods you buy are accurately described for customs, whether you have them packed as a gift or not.
I don't want to use or do not have a credit card. Can I still order from your online store?
Absolutely. Although our online store is housed on a secure server, protecting your credit card information,
we realize that some people may still not be comfortable sending it online or may not own a credit card.
You may order by cheque or money order by simply ordering the desired product, choosing your method of payment
and printing the order form out at the end. The order form can then be mailed or faxed to us.
How do I order via charlycalder.cc?
First, click on the picture of the product. New screen will come up with price and enlarged pictures.
Then click on picture again and you will be taken to a new page where you will see more details.
From the product description page, simply click the BUY! button: and select checkout.
If you wish to order more than one coat, simply change the quantity before you click Add to Cart, or you may change
the quantity later on the Shopping Cart page or the Order Form.
What about taxes?
There are no taxes on orders shipped outside California.
Are there any celebrities who wear faux-furs?
Many celebrities prefer to wear faux-fur. Madonna, Britney Spears, Sharon Stone, Cameron Diaz
and Julia Roberts have all been spotted wearing faux-furs, just to name a few.

How Do I Check My Order Status?
You should receive a same-day email confirmation of your online order and a second e-mail confirmation of
shipment when your order is filled. If you have questions about the status of your order, please contact us
at Order Status. Please be sure to include your Billing Name and Address.
